Churchill Retirement Living

A new Churchill Retirement community in Gravesend

Welcome

This consultation is presented on behalf of Churchill Retirement Living and invites you to provide feedback on our initial proposals in relation to the long-term vacant Former Police Station,133 Windmill Street, Gravesend, DA12 1DB.

Churchill Retirement Living’s vision is to bring this long-term vacant site into positive and beneficial use for a retirement living development. The former police station building was demolished in 2016, but the site has been vacant for over a decade, since 2008.

Churchill’s proposals have been designed to meet their residents’ needs and meet the local need for retirement living whilst also contributing positively to the character and appearance of Gravesend and making a significant contribution locally in terms of social, economic and environmental benefits.

This website provides a wide range of information regarding the site and, our plans, plus information about Churchill Retirement Living’s retirement communities. You can review this information using the tabs on this website and by looking at our virtual exhibition.
