Churchill Retirement Living

A new Churchill Retirement community in Gravesend

Our Proposals

Churchill Retirement Living’s vision is to deliver a retirement living development on the site, which has been vacant since 2008,  with the buildings of the former police station demolished  2016. The site is an eye-sore and detracts from the setting of the historic buildings nearby and the wider Conservation Area and the proposal will sympathetically bring this long-term vacant site into a positive and beneficial use.

The proposals will provide high quality independent living accommodation, with a communal lounge and gardens. The proposal has been sympathetically designed and will contribute positively to the character and appearance of the area.

Further information regarding our exciting proposals for this important site in Gravesend is available in the interactive virtual exhibition below. You can find out more by navigating around the exhibition room and clicking on the display boards and items on the table.

Additional information, including before and after slider plans, is also provided below the virtual exhibition. You can slide left and right to see before and after images.
